We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nWe're looking for a Seasoned Engineering Leader/ Engineering Manager to lead and build higher-performing teams with a drive for excellence and an out-of-the-box mindset to satisfy business needs in a complex payment solution environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R& D teams.\nLead an autonomous team of software engineers who are working closely with product management to achieve business goals.\nPut special focus on developing the team.\nProvide technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style.\nBe responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment of your team.\nRequirements:\n7 + years of experience as a software technocrat,using C#, Nodejs or any OOP Language, REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous communication with Queues/Streams (RabbitMQ and Kafka).\n2+ years of experience with observability systems (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc. )\n2+ years of managerial experience, leading development of customer-facing products- a must!\nExperience with messaging queues or streams such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka.\nBroad knowledge of OOP and design patterns.\nExperience with Microservices.\nExperience in engineering best practices (writing unit tests, code reviews, testing coverage, agile methodologies).\nTeam player attitude and mentality.\nExperienced and passionate about managing and growing people.\nAmbitious and eager to learn new things.\nNot a must, but a great advantage:\nExperience with Redis or similar.\nExperience with ORM such as Entity Framework.\nExperience in building SaaS platforms in a cloud-based/hybrid environment.\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
