You will play a key role in ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs, operating within a global model.\nWhat you'll do:\nAct as a key point of contact for Total Rewards, supporting hiring and retention needs through data-driven insights\nSupport compensation cycles (salary reviews, STI, LTI), including data preparation, validation, and analysis\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions and market positioning\nConduct job matching and salary benchmarking using external survey data; support annual survey submission and analysis\nMaintain and update compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems\nSupport the design, review, and administration of benefits programs in Israel, including renewals and employee communications\nMaintain documentation and tracking of benefits, allowances, and recognition programs\nMonitor trends and provide insights on compensation and benefits effectiveness, risks, and opportunities\nEnsure alignment with local regulations and market practices in Israel\nCollaborate with the global Total Rewards team to ensure consistent execution of global programs locally\nWho you are:\n + 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards\nStrong understanding of core compensation and benefits principles\nExperience working with market data, benchmarking, and job matching\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment\nComfortable working across time zones with some flexibility in working hours\nIn accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave.
