In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle - including onboarding, offboarding, query resolution, and compliance. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth experiences for employees and clients across various geographies while maintaining adherence to local labor laws and SLAs. \nWhat you’ll do - \nOnboarding: \n Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) \nEnsure all necessary paperwork, documents, compliance checks, and systems access are prepared compliantly for new hires \nProvide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact to provide guidance to new hires, addressing any questions that may arise. \nOffboarding: \nManage end-to-end offboarding process of new employees, following internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) \nAct as the subject matter expertise to advise on the offboarding laws and regulations to ensure compliance \nCoordinate with the payroll department and local vendors to ensure accurate final pay to the exit employees and timely deregistration \nCollect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets \nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless transitions \nTrigger communication workflows and ensure document compliance \nEmployee Helpdesk Management: \nResolve HR-related help requests in a timely and empathetic manner \nCollaborate cross-functionally with payroll, legal, and tech teams to resolve employee queries \nMaintain documentation and response logs for audits and process improvements \nCompliance & Labor Law Adherence:\nStay updated with Labour laws and statutory regulations in assigned countries \nEnsure all HR processes and documentation are compliant with local employment laws \nWork closely with legal teams to implement policy updates as needed \nSLA Monitoring & Reporting:\nTrack service level agreements for onboarding/offboarding and help requests \nGenerate weekly/monthly reports on operational efficiency and issue resolution metrics \nIdentify process gaps and suggest continuous improvement initiatives\nWho you are:\n6 years+ of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management \nStrong understanding of EU Region HR processes and local labor laws \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing global environment \nComfortable being in a client-facing role \nStrong organizational skills \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English \nNice-to-have:\nFamiliarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) \nLanguage skills in French, German, Spanish or Portuguese \nNote: This role will be part of Payoneer WFM business unit. \n\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
