This role bridges the gap between our clients and internal technical teams, ensuring successful integration and adoption of Payoneer’s APIs and services. You’ll support pre-sales efforts, lead integration projects, provide ongoing technical guidance, and serve as the API subject matter expert throughout the client lifecycle.\nFull time | On-site | Shanghai \nWhat you’ll do \nServe as a key technical contact for client API integrations, migrations, and certifications\nDeliver integration demos and solution walkthroughs to internal and external stakeholders\nGuide clients through sandbox onboarding, testing, and production rollout\nOwn and manage technical documentation, including integration guides, use cases, and best practices\nCollaborate with product, R&D, and regional teams to define integration flows and tailor solutions\nEnsure alignment with Payoneer’s API guidelines, contract structure, and technical standards\nPerform integration testing and sign-off certification to validate production readiness\nManage monitoring and troubleshooting of API and webhook issues using platforms like Coralogix, Grafana, Anodot, and Dynatrace\nSupport client communication regarding API updates, maintenance, and announcements\nDrive continuous improvements, process optimization, and feedback loops for integration quality\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\n1+ years in integration engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles\nStrong command of API concepts (REST, HTTP, JSON, XML) and integration lifecycle\nExperience with SQL and data analysis tools\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills\nKnowledge of different authentications, authorizations and client certificates\nKnowledge of monitoring and alert software\nStrong organizational and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments\nFluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus\nCustomer-focused, with a proactive and collaborative mindset\nKnowledge of IT/network infrastructure and authentication mechanisms\nFamiliarity with Postman, Swagger, and developer portal ecosystems\nNice to Have \nExperience in Payments, Fintech, or E-commerce industry\nBackground in account management or client-facing roles\nHands-on with scripting languages (Python, PHP) or HTML\nKnowledge of API rate limiting, certification processes, and webhooks\nExperience in writing technical documentation and client-facing guides\nKnowledge of AI and Vibe coding\nThis is what we value \nA humble, empathetic team player who elevates others\nPassion for customer success and delivering seamless experiences\nDrive for excellence, ownership, and innovation\nEagerness to learn and continuously improve\nSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced global environment\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
