Able to design a localized process to seamless the CX.\nAble to utilize data analysis to identify potential opportunities and optimize the funnel for operation team to meet customer expectations.\nMonitor competitive landscapes, and business trend in the APAC digital markets. Translate local nuances into global product requirements.\nWork closely with GTM, product, and local operations teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.\nEvaluate potential partners in the payment industry, leading strategic discussions and contributing to deal negotiation with vendors.\nWho you are\nFinance/Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree.
