We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nGlilot\nHybrid\nFull-time\nAs a Card Processing Expert, you will sit at the heart of Payoneer’s global cards and payments operation, helping ensure that millions of transactions are processed accurately, reliably, and on time.\nYou will own key operational processes across card issuing and transaction processing, work closely with Mastercard, banking partners, and processors, and play an important role in identifying issues, improving operational performance, and supporting the launch of new card products and capabilities.\nWhat you'll do: \nOwn day-to-day card and payment processing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and card scheme requirements\nMonitor transaction flows across card schemes, processors, and banking partners, proactively identifying and resolving operational exceptions\nServe as a key operational point of contact for banks, Mastercard, and processing partners\nInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, failed transactions, chargebacks, reconciliation issues, and settlement breaks\nMonitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and partner performance, identifying trends and escalating risks when needed\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues and support new product and market launches\nDrive continuous improvement and automation across payment operations processes, procedures, and controls\nMaintain clear operational documentation and help improve scalability and efficiency across the cards operation\nWho you are: \nExperience \n4+ years of experience in payment operations, card operations, card issuing, or a related operational role within a fintech, bank, processor, or payments company\nHands-on experience managing card issuing or card processing operations end-to-end\nStrong understanding of the cards and payments ecosystem, including issuing, card schemes such as Mastercard and Visa, processors, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation\nHands-on experience with transaction processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and operational issue resolution\nExperience working directly with banking partners, card schemes, or processors in an operational capacity\nExperience working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Finance, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data\nStrong Excel skills; experience with SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAdvantage: \nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field\nExperience with ISO 8583 messaging standards\nUnderstanding of authorization, clearing, and transaction matching processes\nKnowledge of 3DS authentication flows\nExperience with digital wallet solutions such as MDES\nUnderstanding of interchange fee calculations\nFamiliarity with Mastercard products such as Debit, Prepaid, Credit, Travel, World Elite, Stablecoin, and Employee Card programs\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
