You'll handle day-to-day system support, configure new flows as the business evolves, and work closely with our offshore investigation team and our accounting reconciliation team. This is a role for a systems-minded person with a feel for numbers who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to grow at the intersection of finance and technology.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn daily BlackLine support: handle tickets, troubleshoot issues and keep reconciliations flowing\nConfigure and maintain the system to support new flows, products and a fast-changing business\nSupport our offshore investigation team when data or processes in the system break or go missing\nReview system outputs with the accounting reconciliation team, including journal entries\nTake part in month, quarter and year-end close activities\nTranslate business needs into system solutions and lead process improvements and automation\nAnalyze anomalies, raise red flags and escalate issues when needed\nWho You Are\nA. in Economics or a related field\n2-4 years of experience, beyond a first role\nHands-on experience working with business systems (e.g., ERP, operational or reconciliation systems)\nA strong grasp of numbers and a basic understanding of accounting\nFluent English, spoken and written, for daily work with international teams\nAble to manage several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines, especially during closing periods\nFlexible, resilient under pressure and eager to learn in a dynamic environment\nExperience with BlackLine or other reconciliation systems is a strong advantage\nInvolvement in a system implementation or go-live project is an advantage\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
