We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nLocation: Poland - EMEA\nRole Summery\nSupport onboarding for new SMB customers across domestic and global markets through telesales outreach, timely follow-ups, and low-touch engagement that helps drive activation and compliance completion.\nWhat you'll do\nUse CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and Marketo to support customer onboarding, assist with KYC completion, and engage prospects through structured call, email, and messaging outreach such as WhatsApp or Telegram.\nApply effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and help improve conversion outcomes.\nManage communication with new accounts through calls, emails, and automated sequences while working closely with operations teams to support activation and approvals.\nHelp address onboarding, operational, and payment-related issues in a timely manner to support a smooth customer experience and encourage first funded transactions.\nSupport onboarding and activation goals for the assigned portfolio by maintaining consistent outreach, encouraging progress to first funded transaction, and introducing customers to relevant Payoneer products where appropriate.\nProactively share feedback, insights and ideas in team meetings to contribute towards new business growth\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree holder or current bachelor’s degree student.\n1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, customer onboarding, customer service, or a related field; internships or early sales experience are an advantage.\nStrong sales acumen with the ability to work in an aggressive, target-driven environment, manage high activity volumes, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver against deadlines and conversion goals.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nFluency in English is a must, with excellent spoken communication, strong call handling ability, and the confidence to engage customers persuasively over the phone.\nCandidates with prior BPO or inside sales experience will be strongly preferred, especially those who have managed aggressive follow-up cadences and volume-based onboarding or activation targets.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong persuasive ability, organized reporting, and effective coordination across sales and operations stakeholders.\nStrong desire to learn industry best practices, contribute to the organization, and continuously improve onboarding, activation, and FFT performance outcomes.\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
