We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nLocation: Gurugram - India \nFull-time\nWhat You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:\nTake a leadership role in achieving team goals, contributing to the overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment of the team's systems\nDesign and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios, ensuring high-quality results that may be consumed by other teams. \nCollaborate effectively within your team and with cross-functional partners, such as Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams, representing your team as needed. \nMaintain and improve the team's engineering practices, suggesting and implementing technology, patterns, or process enhancements. \nProactively identify areas of improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability. \nLead by example in code quality, contributing significantly to code reviews and acting as a focal point for engineering excellence questions. \nHelp monitor production systems, investigate potential issues, and lead efforts to resolve critical production challenges while maintaining a customer-centric approach. \nHave You Done This Kind of Stuff:\n6 - 10 years in backend software engineering roles, with demonstrated ability to navigate technical trade-offs and ambiguity effectively. \nStrong proficiency in C#, Java, Nodejs or any similar object-oriented languages.\nHands-on experience in SQL Server and database management \nExperience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka). \nExperience in writing unit test and strong knowledge of design principles, data structures and algorithms. \nExperience with microservices architecture. \nExperience in designing new functionality for existing complex components while maintaining scalability and performance. \nAbility to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. \nBSc/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent degree \nNot a Must, but a Great Advantage:\nPractical experience with Agile development methodologies. \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). \nPractical knowledge of non-relational databases (eg.
