Senior Product Manager | Working Capital (Enterprise Team)

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On  

• Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally -Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay and similar constructs. 
• Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer creation, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and repeat/renewal - designing for speed, scale, and trust. 
• Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit modelsandrisk-based pricing. 
• Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations. 
• Define the north-star and success metrics and run experiments that move them. 
• Collaborate across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes. 

Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?  

• Strong 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products at scale, end-to-end from discovery to production. 
• Proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk (models, underwriting, pricing). 
• Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design. 
• Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention. 
• Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments. 

Not a Must, but a Great Advantage  

• Experience in NBFC/SMB/embedded lending, working capital, SME credit, or invoice/receivables financing. 
• Exposure to global payments, cross-border flows, or marketplace ecosystems. 
• Familiarity with credit risk, underwriting, collections, and cross-market regulatory considerations. 
• Prior experience scaling products from growth to maturity, and standing up partner or marketplace platforms.
