We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership who can drive innovation and deliver effective solutions that support business needs.\nGlilot\nHybrid\nFull-time\nWhat you'll do:\nDevelop and implement cross-organizational solutions using code, low-code platforms, and automation tools, such as Microsoft Power Platform, according to development best practices and project management processes.\nIntegrate AI into day-to-day development and business workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and automate processes.\nIdentify and implement automation solutions to optimize manual, repetitive, or inefficient business processes.\nMaintain and support production applications, integrations, and automated processes.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing ongoing support.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Cyber, Data, and IT, to deliver secure and scalable solutions.\nWho you are:\n4+ years of hands-on integration development experience in enterprise environments, preferably using Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent iPaaS solutions.\nExperience with REST APIs, web services, and integration testing tools such as Postman.\nHands-on experience with AI tools and technologies, such as Claude Code, for application development, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development.\nStrong coding and scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or another relevant language, with experience developing integrations and automation solutions, working with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting production deployments.\nExperience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS, and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, including writing SQL queries.\nFamiliarity with enterprise cloud environments, preferably Azure or GCP.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
