You will work closely with merchants, developers, and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, support API and plugin integrations, and ensure a seamless payment experience. You will play a key role in merchant integration, technical problem resolution, and ongoing operational support across the Payoneer Checkout platform\nWhat you’ll do \nSupport merchants during the integration phase and go live with Payoneer Checkout (API, SDK, webhook, payment flow design)\nTrouble shoot and resolve payment gateway, API, plugin and checkout related issues\nAssist merchants with API integrations, webhooks and platform configurations\nAnalyze transaction flows and payment issues to identify root causes and provide possible solutions or escalations\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical cases\nSupport product feature rollouts, and operational initiatives\nEnsure timely communication and resolution of merchant and internal team inquiries and escalations\nProvide seamless communication across different teams during incident handling\nWho you are \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)\nExcellent cross-functional communication skills\nSolid understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, CORS, cookies, JSON/XML)\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nCustomer centric mindset with strong ownership and accountability\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\nFlexibility to support critical incidents outside of standard business hours when required\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nWhat could set you apart \nExperience in payments, fintech, e-commerce or payment gateway support\nFamiliarity with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify or custom e-commerce solutions\nExperience integrating payment solutions such as Stripe, Klarna, Paypal\nKnowledge of payment processing, transaction lifecycles and merchant onboarding\nExperience with frontend debugging (e.g., stripe.js, SDK integration issues)\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools or data analysis tools\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
