We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a talented Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join our Delivery Team as part of the Applications & Integrations group.\nThe group is globally responsible for business applications and cross-department integrations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business and operational needs.\nThis includes managing Salesforce, our central CRM and business-process platform, which supports our managed customer portfolio and is used by customer-facing teams and other functions across the company.\nGlilot\nHybrid\nFull-time\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn and manage the Salesforce team’s scope of work alongside other technical Salesforce project managers, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger project initiatives.\nLead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and hyper-care.\nDevelop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.\nLead requirements-gathering sessions with users, own the final requirements and solution design, and collaborate with developers to make sure the right solution gets built.\nDrive technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.\nRun relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift.\nWho you are:\nThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader who drives initiatives end-to-end, with Salesforce implementation experience and technical depth to shape design decisions in partnership with developers, backed by excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.\nAt least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud.\nAbility to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.\nExperience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.\nProven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.\nA proactive approach to using AI tools throughout project delivery, from discovery and analysis to solution design and execution.\nStrong leadership skills with the capability to lead and motivate stakeholders toward achieving project goals.\nDetail-oriented with the willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions.\nAdvantages Experience leading Agentforce implementation projects.\nKnowledge of Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement.\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
