We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.\nBy taking the complexity out of the financial workflows-including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence-we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.\nRole summary - We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Senior Manager to own our long-term and short-term planning strategy, lead a team of planning analysts, and partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and senior leadership to ensure the organization has the right capacity to meet service level and financial goals.\nHybrid\nFull-time\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn the long-term and short-term workforce planning strategy across business units, ensuring the organization has the right capacity to meet service level and financial goals.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of planning analysts responsible for producing accurate and actionable workforce and capacity plans.\nOwn the end-to-end planning cycle, including long-range headcount forecasting, short-term staffing and scheduling requirements, and operational budgeting.\nDrive staffing plans - hiring, ramp, attrition, and shrinkage assumptions - and translate them into clear recruitment and capacity recommendations.\nPartner with Finance, Operations, HR, and senior leadership to align resource planning with business targets, headcount budgets, and financial constraints.\nOversee the development and maintenance of forecasting and staffing models based on volume trends, productivity metrics, and service level goals.\nLead scenario-based and “what-if” planning to guide leadership decisions on capacity, cost, and service trade-offs.\nRecommend strategic adjustments based on utilization patterns, efficiency trends, and budget insights.\nSet the standard for planning methodology, governance, and cadence, and continuously improve reporting tools and analytics infrastructure.\nCommunicate plans, risks, and assumptions to senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for workforce planning.\nWho you are- You bring strong business and operational acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable planning strategies, along with proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence senior, non-technical audiences. You have excellent communication and storytelling skills when presenting plans and trade-offs to leadership, are highly organized and process-driven, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline\n6+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or analytics, in an operations or service environment\n4+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts, or clear experience owning a planning function end to end\nDeep command of long- and short-term forecasting techniques, staffing and scheduling models, and operational budget planning\nDeep understanding of operational KPIs and how they relate to capacity, staffing, and cost\nTrack record of partnering with Finance and senior leadership on headcount and budget decisions\nThe Payoneer Ways of Working \nAct as our customer’s partner on the inside\nLearning what they need and creating what will help them go further. \nDo it.
