As we continue to revolutionize the payments industry we are seeking an exceptional Senior Analytics Engineer to help us in our mission.\nOur tech team offers you the chance to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers, while being faced with complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.\nHow you will make an impact\nDevelop and maintain our data warehouse and curated, analytics-ready datasets used across the company.\n\nOwn and evolve our dbt codebase, applying best practices in modularity, testing, and documentation.\n\nIntegrate 3rd party data sources (e.g. HubSpot, GitHub, Linear) into our data ecosystem to enrich reporting and analytics.\n\nBuild and maintain tooling and infrastructure to improve the development experience (DevX) of our analytics and business users.\n\nPartner with analysts and stakeholders to design and implement scalable data models that support self-serve analytics.\n\nAdvocate for data engineering and analytics best practices, ensuring a culture of data trust, documentation, and reproducibility.\n\nChampion data democratization - ensuring teams have the right tools and trusted data to make informed decisions.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nProven experience in analytics or data engineering roles, with a strong focus on enabling downstream analytics and reporting.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python for scripting, tooling, and data transformation tasks.\n\nHands-on experience with dbt and SQL-based data transformation pipelines.\n\nDeep understanding of data modeling principles (e.g. dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema).\n\nFamiliarity with modern OLAP data warehouses like Snowflake (preferred), BigQuery, or Redshift.\n\nExperience working with orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus).\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nSelf-starter mindset with a passion for clean, documented, and tested data code\n\nWhat we offer\nHigh impact and high velocity environment with the most talented and ambitious people you will ever work with\n\nA chance to shape the story of a company and a category from the ground up\n\nReal ownership.
