collections.\nMaintain accurate AP/AR ledgers and supporting schedules.\nFinancial Reporting and AnalysisPrepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations.\nAssist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.\nAnalyze variances and provide supporting details for reviews.\nConducts basic or initial analysis of financial reports.\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of general ledger balances.\nClient Relations and ManagementSupport the Account Manager and Senior Accountant in addressing client inquiries.\nEnsure accurate and timely completion of assigned deliverables in support of client requirements.\nMaintain organized and updated client documentation.\nEscalate issues or discrepancies to Senior Staff/Accountants in a timely manner.\nInventory ManagementRecord and monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.\nAssist in preparing periodic inventory reports for clients.\nSupport physical inventory counts and variance analysis.\nEnsure proper documentation of inventory movements.\nInternal Audit and ComplianceConduct periodic internal audits to assess the adequacy of financial controls.\nIdentify discrepancies, risks, and process gaps and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and company procedures.\nSupport external auditors with documentation, schedules, and queries.\nAssist in implementing process improvements to strengthen internal control frameworks.\n Tax ComplianceAssist in preparing tax-related schedules and documentation.\nEnsure accuracy in recording tax-related transactions (VAT, withholding tax, etc.).\nProvide administrative and logistical support for coordination with external auditors or regulatory agencies, as needed by the Senior Accountant.\nStay updated on basic tax regulations applicable to client accounts.\nOther ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor or management.\nDemonstrate readiness to extend work hours when necessary to support client needs and meet critical deadlines.\n WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related courses\n1-3 years of relevant accounting experience\nExposure to financial reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly/year-end)\nProficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software\nKnowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting basics\nKnowledge of collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams)\nStrong organizational and documentation skills\nHigh accuracy and attention to detail\nDependable and committed to
