collections.\nAccounts Payable\nProcess vendor invoices and payments in accordance with company policies.\nReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.\nEnsure all payments are processed within payment terms to optimize cash flow.\nCash Flow Optimization\nMonitor daily cash flow activities and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.\nAssist in developing cash flow forecasts to support business needs.\nIdentify opportunities for improving cash flow management practices.\nCollections\nManage the collections process for overdue accounts.\nDevelop strategies for timely and effective collections.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients to minimize outstanding receivables.\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis\nAssist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.\nConduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.\nGenerate reports on AR/AP aging, cash flow, and collection performance.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify inefficiencies in AR/AP processes and recommend improvements.\nCollaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows.\nImplement best practices to enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.\nData Management\nManage and maintain finance-related data.\nEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.\nGeneral Ledger Management\nAssist in journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.\nOther Responsibilities:\nExecute additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.\nBe available to extend work hours when necessary to meet deadlines and fulfill organizational needs.\n WHAT SHOULD YOU
