A successful candidate who has proven to the company that he could add value will be given opportunities beyond what a normal Philippine company would give.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nContent Marketing\nCreate, assist, and maintain marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers.\nCollaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business objectives.\nEnsure content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the company's brand voice and messaging.\nMonitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and data analytics.\nManage all Sales related presentations and content. Assist in creating visual concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements (online / print).\n Digital Marketing Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.\nAssist in managing the company's social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.), engaging with the audience, and maintaining a content calendar.\nAssist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and user experience.\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts\nEvent MarketingAssist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.\nHandle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.\nWork with the marketing project coordinator to ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.\nWork with the Sales team in finding and scheduling meetings with leads during the event.\nBranding and DesignCollaborate with the graphic design personnel to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual assets.\nEnsure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.\nAssist in developing brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation.\nSales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and presentations.\nAssist in the development of sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.\nTrack and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.\nMarket Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.\nAnalyze market data and provide insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.\nStay updated on industry news and emerging trends to recommend innovative marketing approaches.\nConduct competitor analysis\n Additional DutiesWork with external vendors (Payreto contractors) in making sure that all marketing initiatives are working properly.\nAssist in other ad-hoc topics and projects in business development.\nPerform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.\nRecommend and proactively implement opportunities for increased departmental efficiency.\nStay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques.\nExtend work hours when needed.\nWHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?\nBachelors degree in Marketing or similar field\n1-3 years experience in Marketing (Content Marketing, Content Writing, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation) and/or B2B Marketing, Market Research)\nContent Writing and Marketing, Market Research and Strategy, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing (SEO, Lead Generation), and/or B2B Marketing\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nAbility to present ideas clearly and persuasively\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\nCan understand complexity of the financial services industry\nEnjoy juggling multiple projects at once\n SHIFT SCHEDULEMID-SHIFT (2PM -
