We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PaaS Admin Intern to support administrative and data-related tasks within our platform operations. This role is ideal for with strong logical thinking who enjoys working with spreadsheets, organizing data, and ensuring process accuracy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update spreadsheets for tracking platform data and reports
• Organize and maintain records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Assist in monitoring platform-related tasks and administrative workflows
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis
• Support documentation and process organization
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or any related field
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Able to follow structured processes and spot inconsistencies
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Must be willing to work onsite at least 2-3 times per week
• Able to handle repetitive and detail-heavy tasks with accuracy
• Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience handling large datasets or reports
• Basic knowledge of platforms, systems, or admin tools
• Familiarity with process documentation or workflow trackingd
