We're looking for someone who is a confident user of HR systems, enjoys problem-solving and has the patience and communication skills to help others.\nWhat you'll be doing\nHelping new clients get started with our HR software, including initial setup and onboarding. \nShowing clients how to use the system through demonstrations and practical training. \nResponding to customer questions and support requests, helping them resolve everyday issues. \nInvestigating problems, finding solutions and knowing when to refer more technical issues to colleagues. \nDeveloping a thorough understanding of our HR software so you can confidently support others. \nSharing customer feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our systems and services. \nWorking closely with colleagues across Cintra to deliver a great customer experience. \n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n Practical experience using an HR system (HRIS) as part of your current or previous role. \nConfidence navigating software, exploring features and learning new processes. \nA natural ability to explain things clearly and help others understand how systems work. \nA helpful, patient and customer-focused approach. \nGood organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. \nAn inquisitive mind and a willingness to investigate problems and find solutions. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. \nYou might currently work as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or HR Systems Administrator, or have gained similar experience in another role.\nExperience delivering formal training or providing dedicated software support would be useful, but isn't essential.
