You will lead a team of engineers, drive system architecture, and build scalable, high-performance backend services.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.\n\n- Develop responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.\n\n- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver quality solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.\n\n- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning.\n\n- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery of projects and assigned tasks.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong experience in Golang development.\n\n- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.\n\n- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL.\n\n- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure).\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\n\n- 3 -
