You will act as a design authority for major transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations and moving regulated payment products to the cloud. You will partner with IT, engineering and business teams to deliver solutions that are secure, compliant and scalable.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and maintain the cloud security architecture, aligned with Paysafe's business, technology and product strategy and the wider security roadmap. \nDesign secure AWS architectures for cloud migrations, product transitions and infrastructure transformation. \nAct as security design authority across the delivery lifecycle. You will threat-model solutions, translate requirements into proportionate controls, and approve architectures for production. \nReview architectures to identify risks and control gaps, and agree pragmatic mitigations with delivery teams. \nOwn cloud security standards, reference patterns and automated guardrails covering: IAM, network segmentation, encryption and key management, logging and monitoring, resilience, policy-as-code. \nEnsure cloud designs meet PCI DSS, DORA and GDPR requirements, including CDE scoping and segmentation. \nWork closely with Product, Cloud, Infrastructure, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Risk & Compliance and other Information Security teams. \nTo be successful you need to have:\nSignificant experience in cloud and infrastructure security architecture in complex, regulated enterprise environments. \nDeep, hands-on cloud security expertise in AWS or Azure, such as Organizations and SCPs, IAM, VPC design, KMS, and EKS or serverless security, or their Azure equivalents. \nA track record of securing large-scale cloud migrations and application re-platforming. \nExperience with IaC (Terraform) and embedding security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines. \nStrong threat modelling skills and the ability to assess complex, hybrid architectures. \nWorking knowledge of PCI DSS, DORA, ISO 27001 and GDPR, and of how they apply to cloud design. \nA pragmatic, influential communicator who can turn risk into clear decisions for engineers and senior stakeholders. \nDesirable certifications: AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CCSP, CISSP, SABSA, or Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert. \nWe offer in return:\nThe opportunity to write the history of a leading and growing multinational company.\nTailor-made training and ongoing development to help you enhance your skills in the field of online payments.\nMultiple career progression opportunities in a dynamic in-house business.\nEnvironment where product expertise, professional and personal commitment are rewarded.\nCompetitive remuneration and social benefits package (25 days annual paid leave, 4 days paid volunteering time a year through our Paysafe Giving initiative, health insurance, sports card, team events, company discounts, variety of soft skills, business and technical training programs).\nFun and collaborative working atmosphere.\nFlexible working model - we encourage our employees to embrace our flexible working approach.
