With approximately 2,900 employees across 12 countries and annualized transactional volume of $167 billion in 2025, Paysafe connects people and businesses worldwide through innovative digital payment experiences.\nPosition to work hybrid in Lima, Peru.\nWhat to Expect:\nBe part of a divisional controlling team with strong business and finance acumen\nOversee all aspects of monthly closing, reporting, and analysis for a dedicated divisional IS/ BS area\nProvide expert financial and accounting advice on new business initiatives, processes, and changes in accounting standards to different stakeholders\nSupport monthly, quarterly, annual internal and external reporting\nEnsure SOX controls and procedures are maintained and regularly performed\nSupport requests from external and internal auditors\nParticipate in finance projects for system improvements, reporting optimization, and other ad-hoc projects, including product support, within finance team\nDrive process and systems efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review, critically assess current systems, and recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization\n To be successful you need to have:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProfessional accounting qualification or certification preferred, such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, or local equivalent.\n8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial control, reporting, audit, or finance operations, preferably within a multinational environment.\n· Strong knowledge of Peruvian statutory accounting, tax requirements, regulatory compliance, and local financial reporting obligations. Experience with regulated payment institutions in Peru (2+ years) will be considered an advantage.· Solid understanding of IFRS, internal controls, balance sheet governance, and corporate reporting standards.\n· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate finance teams.\n· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across local, regional, and global teams.\nExperience with OneStream/SAP B1 and/or Oracle Fusion will be considered an advantage\nSkills\n- Observation skills\n- Decision making - Assertive communication\n- Empathy\n- Learning skills\n- Adaptation to change\nAre you ready to take your career to the next level?
