Help us build and deliver innovative payment solutions.\nSummary\nPaysafe is looking for a Sales Solution Engineer to join our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will help merchants and ISV/SaaS partners across North America, the UK, and the EEA design and adopt secure, scalable payment solutions.\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.\nSales Solutioning Responsibilities\nYou will work closely with Sales, Product, and Client Delivery to understand customer goals, guide technical discovery, and recommend practical integration strategies that support successful onboarding and long-term growth.\nSolution Architecture and Technical Discovery\nLead technical discovery sessions to gather requirements, assess solution fit, and define integration options. \nRecommend product, onboarding, processing, funding, reporting, and integration solutions aligned to customer needs. \nIdentify unique customer requirements and coordinate internal discussions for custom solution needs. \nPayments Expertise and Compliance \nApply knowledge of payments, acquiring, merchant processing, and ISV/PayFac models to customer solution discussions. \nHelp design secure, compliant solutions for customers operating in regulated environments. \nCustomer Engagement and Sales Support\nEngage with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle to understand their business model, goals, and technical requirements. \nPresent technical solutions through customer meetings, workshops, and executive-level discussions. \nSupport Sales teams by helping position Paysafe solutions clearly and confidently in customer conversations. \nCollaboration, Documentation, and Product Enablement \nCreate clear documentation for technical solutions, business processes, user flows, and integration designs. \nCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Delivery to support product rollouts and share input on future capabilities. \nLearn quickly, solve problems collaboratively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nTechnical Skills\nExperience working with API-based integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, SDKs, and JSON data formats. \nFamiliarity with payment gateways; experience with NMI, Fiserv, or TSYS is a plus. \nComfort using Microsoft Office Suite, Cursor, Postman, Salesforce, and related collaboration or sales enablement tools. \nEducation, Experience & Professional Skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required; education in IT, Web Development or a related field is preferred. \n2-3 years of experience in client-facing technical support, solution engineering, or technical pre-sales. \nPayments industry experience is preferred. \nPayments/Technical product or software certifications are a plus. \nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and business concepts to different audiences. \nAbility to analyze complex technical issues and translate them into practical business solutions. \nLife at Paysafe:\nOne network.
