This position supports the delivery of advanced procurement operations, including spend reporting, analytics preparation, dashboards, workflow documentation, repository upkeep, and procurement general reporting, and management of procurement related tools and repositories.\nThis role is focused on procurement operations, governance, data integrity, reporting, systems support, and process execution within the Procurement ecosystem.\nThe Senior Specialist partners closely with Procurement Operations leadership, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, efficient workflows, compliant processes, and well-maintained procurement documentation.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong analytical skills and data accuracy discipline\nAdvanced Excel and reporting proficiency\nAbility to document processes and workflows clearly\nStrong organization and repository management discipline\nFoundational understanding of procurement operations and P2P and/or S2C workflows\nStakeholder communication and coordination\nCoordination, collaboration and communication across the entire Procurement ecosystem\nContinuous improvement and process orientation\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcurement Operations\nGenerate, validate, and interpret recurring and ad hoc spend reports, highlighting anomalies and data quality issues.\nSupport documentation and ongoing optimisation of procurement workflows, identifying inefficiencies and raising improvement opportunities.\nAct as a key contributor for procurement documentation, repositories, templates, and training materials.\nDevelop complex data preparation and logic to support spend analysis and management reporting.\nProactively monitor catalogue accuracy, procurement data integrity, and requisition-to-PO workflows, resolving issues before escalation.\nSystems, Tools & Reporting\nPrepare and quality assure data inputs for executive dashboards covering spend, cycle times, and operational KPIs.\nSupport procurement tool enhancements by testing features, validating data, and capturing issues.\nMaintain and govern templates, approval routing documents, and process maps with full version ownership.\nCoordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable to validate spend data, invoice and payments alignment, and reporting consistency.\nProcess, Policy & Compliance Support\nSupport adherence to procurement policies and approval workflows by validating data and routing escalations.\nMonitor and assess compliance trends, identifying recurring gaps and supporting corrective actions.\nCoordinate and support the rollout of new processes, policy and processes updates, and Procurement Operations training sessions.\nTrack completion of assigned procurement trainings and maintain documentation archives.\nMeasurements of Success\nAccuracy and timeliness of spend reporting and dashboard data.\nReliability and quality of procurement documentation and workflow updates.\nConsistent delivery of error-free, executive-ready reporting and increased data integrity.\nRecognition as a trusted senior specialist by Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders.\nPositive procurement feedback on responsiveness, accuracy and quality.\nContribution to improved workflow efficiency and process clarity.\nEducation & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n4 - 7 years of procurement operations, spend reporting, analytics, or related experience.\nStrong Excel skills required; PowerPoint proficiency preferred.\nKnowledge of procurement systems (e.g., P2P platforms, ERP modules) is a plus.\nPreferred Experience\nDemonstrated experience supporting analytics, reporting, or systems administration with limited supervision in a procurement or finance context.\nFamiliarity with catalogue management, requisition-to-PO workflows, or spend analytics tools.\nCertifications such as CPSM or CSCP are helpful but not required.\nWe offer in return:\nThe opportunity to write the history of a leading and growing multinational company\nTailor-made training and ongoing development to help you enhance your skills in the field of online payments\nMultiple career progression opportunities in a dynamic in-house business\nEnvironment where product expertise, professional and personal commitment are rewarded\nCompetitive remuneration and social benefits package (25 days annual paid leave, 4 days paid volunteering time a year through our Paysafe Giving initiative, health insurance, sports card, team events, company discounts, variety of soft skills, business and technical training programs)\nFun and collaborative working atmosphere\nFlexible working model - we encourage our employees to embrace our flexible working approach.
