The team works across the full issuing lifecycle - from solution design and client onboarding through implementation, launch, scheme compliance, ongoing operations and change delivery.\nA growing part of the proposition is Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS), where Paysafe coordinates the capabilities required to launch and operate new card programs for external clients. This requires strong program leadership across internal teams and external partners, including Mastercard and Visa, processors, manufacturers and other specialist providers.\n\nThe Role\nThe Senior Program Manager - Issuing is responsible for leading complex issuing programs and operational initiatives across Paysafe’s issuing portfolio. The role combines senior program management with hands-on issuing delivery, ensuring that new client programs, product changes, scheme mandates and operational enhancements are delivered in a controlled, timely and commercially effective manner.\nIn addition to managing cross-functional programs, the role will support implementation activities for new CaaS clients.
