Payscale.\nTo learn more, visit www.payscale.com.\nJob Summary:\nPayscale is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Implementations across the UK, Canada, North America and Australia for our market leading compensation management software.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead, manage and motivate in multiple geographic locations, communicating project progress, and ensuring you take accountability for your delivery.\n\nDevelop and maintain an end-to-end project plan that delivers the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria.\n\nProvide timely, precise, accurate and comprehensive project MI.\n\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through the full project.\n\nEnsure mitigation plans are in place for all risks and issues, and take ownership for ensuring these mitigation plans are executed, or escalate as appropriate.\n\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement on projects, support process improvement initiatives, and identify new process improvements.
