the current platform interface and identify visual and UX inconsistencies across modules;\n\nBuild a unified design system / UI kit (components, typography, colors, states, icons, table and form patterns) for the dev team to use as the standard;\n\nDesign mockups and prototypes for new features and modules in Figma, keeping them aligned with the overall design system;\n\nWork closely with B2B product used by merchant/PayFac operators — clarity and efficiency come first, not just visual polish.\nCandidate requirements:\n\nExperience in UI/UX design for complex B2B/SaaS products, ideally admin panels, dashboards, CRMs, or fintech/finance systems;\n\nExperience building a design system / UI kit from scratch or significantly restructuring an existing one;\n\nStrong Figma skills (auto layout, components, variants, style libraries);\n\nUnderstanding of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces (large tables, filters, multi-step forms);\n\nAbility to work independently;\n\nPortfolio
