Customer Support Agent (Bilingual) - Paystone
Are you passionate about helping customers navigate software solutions and resolving issues with confidence? Paystone is looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Support Agent to provide first- and second-level support to administrators and end users of Data Candy, our loyalty and gift card platform. As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, you will be a key point of contact for the businesses that rely on Data Candy. You will work with a diverse range of customers, including platform users, programme administrators, and IT and Marketing leaders. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with technology. Key Responsibilities
Resolve incoming issues on first contact or, whenever possible, within the same business day.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to resolve open tickets.
Report on service and support statistics on a daily and weekly basis.
Implement changes to maintain and improve support KPIs.
Place gift and loyalty card orders with third-party card manufacturers.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues.
Customer service mindset, with a passion for helping users and ensuring their success.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
