This role will focus on designing customer-centric credit solutions, optimizing risk management, driving adoption, and ensuring regulatory compliance while aligning with the banks overall digital and financial inclusion strategy.\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nProduct Development & Strategy:\nDevelop and execute the strategy for micro-lending and BNPL products, ensuring alignment with the banks broader retail banking objectives.\nIdentify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to enhance existing offerings and launch innovative lending solutions.\nDesign and implement scalable, technology-driven credit solutions tailored to different customer segments.\n\nRisk & Compliance Management:\nCollaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to define credit policies, underwriting criteria, and fraud prevention strategies.\nEnsure products comply with local regulatory requirements and global best practices in responsible lending.\n Work closely with credit risk teams to optimize customer selection\n\nPartnerships & Ecosystem Development:\nIdentify and establish partnerships with merchants, fintechs, payment processors, and technology providers to expand BNPL adoption.\nNegotiate commercial agreements with ecosystem partners and ensure seamless integration with banking infrastructure.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (IT, operations, marketing, and sales) to deliver a superior customer experience.\n\nCustomer Experience & Digital Adoption:\nEnhance digital lending journeys by integrating seamless onboarding, instant approvals, and frictionless repayment options.\nWork with UX/UI teams to optimize customer interfaces across mobile banking, online banking, and third\u0002party platforms.\nImplement customer education programs to drive awareness and responsible usage of micro-lending and BNPL services.\n\nPerformance Monitoring & Optimization:\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan origination, repayment rates, default ratios, and customer retention.\nLeverage data analytics to refine pricing strategies, lending limits, and repayment structures to maximize portfolio performance.\nContinuously iterate and improve product features based on customer feedback, usage patterns, and industry innovations\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nEducation: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in consumer lending, microfinance, digital banking, BNPL, or fintech lending solutions.\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of credit risk, digital lending platforms, financial technology, and data\u0002driven decision-making. \nIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations, financial inclusion strategies, and emerging trends in alternative lending.\nSoft Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.\nPreferred: Experience in launching digital lending products, working with fintech partners, or managing BNPL programs in a bank or financial institution.\nLanguages: Fluent in English, Arabic will be preferred but not
