The expectation is for the resource to become productive immediately, working directly with business, product, and technology stakeholders without requiring significant functional or product ramp-up.\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities:\nFunction as the VCP functional and implementation SME, providing hands-on support across the implementation lifecycle.\nTranslate business and client requirements into functional requirements, product configurations, and implementation activities.\nSupport end-to-end implementation of commercial/corporate card products, covering product setup, card issuance, and lifecycle management.\nWork closely with business, product, technology, operations, processors, and scheme stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities.\nSupport BIN setup/configuration, card product setup, scheme connectivity, and associated implementation dependencies.\nUnderstand and validate end-to-end card transaction flows across authorization, clearing, and settlement.\nLead/support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, production readiness, and go-live activities.\nAssess implementation issues and dependencies and coordinate resolution across relevant stakeholder groups.\nSupport the translation of commercial card business requirements into actionable technology and operational requirements.\nProvide functional guidance to client teams based on prior hands-on VCP implementation experience, minimizing dependency on additional functional SMEs.\nSupport implementation governance including risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder reporting.\nCoordinate post-launch stabilization and resolution of implementation-related issues.\nKnowledge and Experience:\nDirect, hands-on experience working with VCP is mandatory.\nDemonstrable experience implementing or supporting commercial/corporate card programs.\nStrong understanding of commercial cards from both a functional and implementation perspective.\nExperience across card product setup, BIN-related activities, issuance, and card lifecycle processes.\nExperience working across the card transaction lifecycle including authorization, clearing, and settlement.\nHands-on experience with UAT/testing, defect resolution, implementation readiness, and go-live support.\nThe ability to independently engage business and technology teams and translate requirements between the two.\nStrong stakeholder management skills across banks, payment networks, processors, technology teams, and/or third-party vendors.\nThe candidate should specifically demonstrate BIN migration, issuance, ISO 8583, authorization/clearing/settlement, scheme certification, testing and implementation governance experience, commercial cards product management, card transformation, scheme migration, UAT, corporate-card BIN work and Commercial File integration experience.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong knowledge of commercial/corporate card products and B2B payment use cases.\nThe ability to operate independently in a client-facing implementation environment. \nExperience delivering complex card transformation or migration programs. \nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).\nPrevious experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.\nRegional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.\nExcellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation);
