As part of our local APM team you will work with cross-functional teams to support clients in exploring, analyzing and visualizing data to generate and present valuable insights.\nIdeal candidates for this role have solid experience in data analytics and a strong understanding of data exploration, statistical methods, and reporting best practices. This includes hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical software such as SPSS/Modeler. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets, building clear and actionable reports, and collaborating closely with internal and client teams to support data-driven decision-making.\nStrong critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex findings into business insights are key to success in this position.\n\nTASKS\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nContribute towards the delivery of engaging and value-added data analysis, visualization, and reporting.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support aligned with business goals.\nDevelop clear and interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate trends and insights effectively.\nTranslate complex datasets into clear and concise findings, delivering presentations using PowerPoint and other business tools.\nUse Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data sets for both ad hoc and recurring reporting needs.\nApply statistical methods using tools such as SPSS Statistics/Modeler to conduct deeper analytical assessments and support decision-making.\nWork closely with client-side business analysis, development, and project management teams, as well as internal teams, to ensure effective coordination and alignment across all stakeholders.\nApply critical thinking to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and challenge assumptions in data interpretation.\nMonitor performance metrics to generate proactive insights and improvement opportunities.\nSupport segmentation, forecasting, and testing activities through predictive analytics and data modeling.\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sources for reliable analysis.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. \nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis role or business intelligence role. \nSolid understanding of relational databases, data structures, and SQL-based data manipulation. \nProven experience in applying statistical techniques in a commercial or business environment. \nFamiliarity with predictive modeling, clustering, and advanced analytics methods. \nExperience working with large and diverse datasets from multiple sources. \nPrior experience with SPSS, Modeler, and visualization/dashboard tools is considered an advantage. \nSkilled communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of audiences. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. \nMandatory Skills*\nFluency in Greek and English is required. \nProven analytics skills, including evaluation, visualization and reporting of data. \nStrong SQL skills for querying and data transformation. \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools. \nTechnical writing experience in relevant areas such as queries, reports, and
