This role focuses on designing partnership models between the bank, customers, and external stakeholders across various sectors; overseeing partnerships that support loyalty program strategies; and coordinating end-to-end processes to ensure successful implementation.\n\nTASKS\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nEcosystem & Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership initiatives in line with the companys ecosystem and collaboration strategy. \nCollaboration Roadmap: Design a partnership roadmap aligned with sales strategies and market needs, ensuring sustainable and scalable cooperation models.\nRelationship & Partnership Management: Manage relationships with partner firms and execute campaigns and collaborations that support the banks strategic objectives.\nMarket & Competitive Monitoring: Track industry dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and formulate action plans.\nStakeholder & Brand Communication: Engage with partners and brands, preparing proposals, launch plans, and partnership frameworks.\nContract & Agreement Processes: Lead contract negotiations and agreement workflows, ensuring smooth coordination between partner firms and internal business units.\nProject Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the progress of partnership projects, prepare regular reports, and present insights and updates to senior management.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\n Bachelors degree from relevant fields.\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience.\nExperience in banking, digital banking, project management, campaign management, or product/strategy roles.\nStrong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in English (both written and verbal).\nAbility to effectively use MS Office and digital business tools.\n\nAdditional Details\n Full-time role, with possibility of extension\nHybrid work model -
