The role will translate business and product requirements into implementation designs, manage technical dependencies and support testing through to production readiness.\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities:\nAssess the client technology landscape, interfaces, dependencies and implementation constraints.\nDefine end-to-end integration approaches across issuer, processor, switch, digital banking and third-party platforms.\nProduce interface specifications, integration mappings, sequence flows and implementation documentation.\nCoordinate technical workshops and align client teams, vendors and internal delivery stakeholders on responsibilities and milestones.\nSupport environment readiness, connectivity, configuration, certification, test execution and defect resolution.\nTrack integration risks, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, escalating blockers promptly.\nSupport production readiness, cutover planning, post-launch stabilisation and knowledge transfer.\nKnowledge and Experience:\nRelevant experience delivering payment, banking or digital platform integrations.\nHands-on experience with Postman, Swagger / OpenAPI, SQL, log analysis tools, Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint.\nUnderstanding of issuer, processor, payment switch, gateway or digital banking architectures.\nAbility to interpret APIs, interface specifications, transaction flows and technical logs.\nExperience supporting system integration testing, UAT, certification and go-live readiness.\nStrong stakeholder management and documentation skills in a client-facing delivery environment.\nAbility to manage multiple technical dependencies and drive issues to closure.\nMandatory Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).\nPrevious experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.\nRegional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.\nExcellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation), French is advantageous.\nWillingness to travel across West and Central Africa may be relevant for subsequent phases.\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of card payments, ISO 8583, payment gateways, tokenisation or digital wallets.\nExperience with cross-functional consulting, embedded delivery or regional implementation programmes.\nFamiliarity with security, data protection and operational resilience considerations in financial services.\nExpected Deliverables:\nA clear discovery and implementation plan aligned with the assigned client workstream.\nHigh-quality technical or analytical outputs, supported by appropriate testing, validation and documentation.\nTimely identification and escalation of delivery risks, dependencies and data or integration blockers.\nReusable implementation assets, runbooks and structured knowledge transfer to relevant client and delivery
