This includes card scheme operations, digital payments, transaction processing,\nand industry regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, supporting daily operational activities, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment between internal teams and client objectives. Strong\ncommunication, analytical thinking and project coordination skills are key to success in this position. The candidate will be positioned into the business analysis team of our client based in Cyprus.\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nCoordinate and manage payments projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients by analyzing and interpreting announcements and updates, industry trends, and new business and technical announcements, providing guidance on their implications andpotential development opportunities.\n\nCollaborate closely with client-side business analysis, development, and project management teams, as well as internal teams, to ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders and drive the achievement ofbusiness goals.\n\nMonitor and follow up on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, identifying potential delays or risks, and taking proactive steps to ensure timely and successful execution.\nWork closely with Client Services, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align activities and drive client success.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nProven knowledge and experience in the payments industry is required (e.g., card schemes, transaction processing, issuing/acquiring, regulations)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProject or program management experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a structured and organized way\nSkilled communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of audiences\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools\nExperience with global payment platforms, tools, and programs is a plus\nFormal project management
