This role will act as the primary coordination point between the client, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The client will be migrating their card portfolio from one card scheme to another.\n\nKey Activities\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nSetting up a project management office to oversee the execution of the conversion program;\nDevelop and agree the overall Migration Masterplan considering all required elements\nActing as a single point of contact between the Client in relation to the conversion program;\nDriving operational aspects of the conversion, including documentation of the proposed customer conversion journey;\nCoordinate with client teams such as IT, Marketing, Procurement and Product to ensure tasks are executed as per the masterplan\nOverseeing and driving the day-to-day execution of the conversion;\nCoordinate between different internal and external stakeholders;\nManage and document, Risk, Issues and Dependencies for the conversion ensuring that the appropriate escalation is taken as needed.\nMonitoring and reporting on conversion performance on a regular basis;\nDriving the execution of portfolio optimization activities to drive desired portfolio behavior post conversion;\nProvide continuous regular reporting on conversion performance; and\nReporting to the Steering Committee and executing overall project governance\n\nKPIs\nSuccessful setup and operation of the project management office.\nTimely and effective development and agreement of the Migration Masterplan.\nEfficient and accurate documentation of the customer conversion journey.\nAchievement of conversion performance targets.\nEffective coordination and communication between stakeholders.\nSuccessful execution of portfolio optimization activities.\nAdherence to project timelines and milestones.\nEffective management and resolution of issues and roadblocks.\n Regular and accurate reporting on project status.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., project management, engineering, technology) \nPMP (or similar) project management certification\n7 years+ of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end project management of complex projects within the banking / payment's domain\nStrong project management skills with a focus on large-scale conversion programs.\nExperience working on banking / payment product and proposition launches and solution deployments in multiple markets\nStrong knowledge of project management and technology delivery methodologies\nExcellent understanding of portfolio optimization and customer conversion processes.\nStrong technical knowledge and the ability to converse with technology teams to address challenges within project constraints\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks\nExperience managing schedules, and resources, with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nProactive and
