The role works with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and continuous product optimization.\nMandatory requirements:\nMinimum 4-6 years of experience in product / program coordination, product operations, project management, payments, cards, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services.\nProven experience supporting co-branded card or payments product initiatives, launches, enhancements, or portfolio optimization.\nStrong governance and delivery discipline, including milestone tracking, RAID management, action tracking, and status reporting.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or dashboarding experience preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, follow-up, and meeting facilitation skills.\nFluent English written and spoken\nImmediate availability or 30-day notice period\nPURPOSE OF THE PROJECT\nSupport an e-commerce company in coordinating and executing strategic product initiatives by driving cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management, governance, performance tracking, and delivery of key program milestones. This role will help ensure payment and co-brand card programs are executed effectively, meet business objectives, and support ongoing growth and optimization.\n\nSCOPE DETAILS\nKey Activities\nCoordinate product and program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.\nTrack product roadmap initiatives, enhancement requests, requirements, UAT, and launch readiness activities.\nManage governance forums, RAID logs, action trackers, stakeholder follow-ups, and decision records.\nMonitor product and portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and operational metrics. \nPrepare executive updates, dashboards, status summaries, insights, and recommendations. \nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nSupport the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements through launch execution and post-launch monitoring.\nEnsure program deliverables are executed on time and aligned with business, customer, and governance requirements.\nDrive alignment across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders.\nIdentify, escalate, and resolve product, operational, and delivery risks, issues, and blockers.\nMaintain product documentation, business requirements, decision logs, change records, and governance artifacts. \nKPIs (indicative)\nOn-time delivery of project milestones and product workstream deliverables.\n% of approved product enhancements delivered on schedule.\nLaunch readiness completion and post-launch issue resolution performance.\nAccuracy and timeliness of management reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.\nContribution to co-branded card acquisition, activation, engagement, portfolio spend growth, and stakeholder satisfaction. \nKnowledge and Experience\n4-6 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, Product Coordination, or Project Coordination.\nExperience in payments, cards, banking, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management, product launch, go-to market, UAT, and post-launch monitoring processes.\nUnderstanding of card acquisition, activation, customer lifecycle, portfolio performance, and spend growth drivers.\nExperience managing cross-functional stakeholders, banking partners, third-party vendors, and delivery teams;
