The role ensures seamless coordination across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external partners to successfully bring products to market on time and within scope.\nTASKS \nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nProduct Launch & Delivery Management\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, and milestone trackers.\nCoordinate launch activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.\nDrive project execution to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and business objectives.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes throughout the product lifecycle\nMarket Readiness & Go-to-Market Execution\nCoordinate all launch readiness activities, ensuring products are operationally, commercially, and technically prepared for market launch.\nWork closely with Marketing and Product teams to support go-to-market strategies, customer propositions, and launch campaigns.\nDevelop launch checklists, readiness assessments, and post-launch monitoring frameworks.\nEnsure product documentation, operational procedures, and customer communications are completed prior to launch.\nBusiness Case & Commercial Support\nSupport the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals for new products and initiatives.\nTrack business case assumptions, launch costs, and expected business benefits.\nAnalyze product performance, customer adoption, portfolio growth, and commercial outcomes post-launch.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance product performance and customer experience\nStakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination\nAct as the central point of coordination between Product, Technology, Operations, Digital, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams.\nDrive alignment on project priorities, deliverables, resource requirements, and launch timelines.\nFacilitate working groups, project forums, and stakeholder updates.\nEnsure timely resolution of project blockers and escalation of critical issues.\nRegulatory, Risk & Operational Readiness\nCoordinate approvals across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Operations, and Regulatory teams.\nEnsure all product launches meet internal governance requirements and applicable regulatory standards.\nSupport product due diligence, risk assessments, process reviews, and operational readiness activities.\nTrack closure of launch prerequisites, controls, and audit requirements.\nPerformance Management & Reporting\nMonitor project progress, launch readiness status, and key delivery milestones.\nPrepare executive updates, steering committee materials, and leadership presentations.\nDevelop project dashboards and KPI reporting for launch performance.\nConduct post-launch reviews, lessons learned sessions, and benefits realization tracking\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field;
