The role requires strong operational discipline accuracy in handling financial processes and comfort \nworking with large datasets. You will manage loyalty issuer and vendor billing support program setup and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. \nThe ideal candidate enjoys working with data advances in Excel and thrives in a reporting heavy environment. Structure precision and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency are critical.\n TASKS \nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\n\nExtract clean and analyze large datasets using Excel and internal systems.\nProvide technical and operational support for new and existing offer programs (platform setup changes troubleshooting).\nManage client merchant and vendor billing payments and expense reconciliation.\nOversee operational administration and financial controls.\nDocument and maintain operational processes and SOPs.\nSupport internal teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis.\nEnsure data integrity across systems and reporting workflows.\nDrive improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency.\nManage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross functional teamsensuring effective communication and alignment. \n Knowledge and Experience\n\nBachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in operations reporting or data analysis.\nAdvanced Excel skills (mandatory): Pivot Tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP complex formulas reconciliation.\nStrong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to manage repetitive reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency.\nHighly organized structured and deadline driven.\nStrong administrative and process improvement capabilities.\nKnowledge of Power BI Tableau or SQL is a
