Oversee major projects, providing strategic context, direction and leadership to the teams involved. Monitor project execution plans, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to budget, including managing components of resource management, finance management, quality management and control management.\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities:\nProject management:\nThe management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.\nChange implementation, planning & management:\nApply the highest standards in project and programme governance and management and apply this consistently in initiating, planning, executing, and closing of projects whilst applying Bank change methodologies to effectively manage the full lifecycle of the project.\nStakeholder relationship management:\nthe coordination of relationships with and between key stakeholders, during the design, management and implementation of business change.\nListen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making\nCreate an environment of mutual influence.\nKnowledge and Experience:\n8 years' experience in implementing and working on complex projects in Digital banking and Banking Schemes Management.\nProfessional accreditation in programme and or project management (Agile, prince2, PMBOK).\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Scrum).\nPrevious project management experience gained in a complex financial service environment.\nExposure to governance, control and risk management, including proven ability to effectively work across teams at all levels.\nThe ability to negotiate influence at senior level.\nMandatory Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred), including certification in Project Management.\nPrevious experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.\nThe ability to work in a faced-paced matrix organisation.\nExcellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation).\nPreferred Skills:\nThe ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data-driven decisions.\nGood understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.\nAn understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment
