The role involves designing, developing, and integrating solutions that ensure seamless card issuance, lifecycle management, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.\n\nTASKS\nCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nSystem Development & Integration\n Design and implement features within the Cortex platform to support launch of new products.\nDevelop APIs and integrations with core banking systems, payment networks, and third-party services.\nEnsure scalability and performance of the card management system.\nCustomization & Configuration\n Configure Cortex modules to meet business requirements for credit and debit card products.\nImplement workflows for card issuance, activation, and lifecycle management.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\n Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to validate functionality.\nCollaborate with QA teams to ensure compliance with technical and business standards.\nSecurity & Compliance\n Implement security best practices for card data handling and transaction processing.\nEnsure adherence to PCI DSS and other regulatory requirements.\nCollaboration & Support\n Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver solutions.\nProvide technical support during launch and post-launch phases.\nKnowledge and Experience\n Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nProven experience in card management systems (preferably Cortex) and payment solutions.\nStrong knowledge of Java, .NET, SQL, and API development.\nFamiliarity with ISO 8583, EMV standards, and payment network integrations.\nExperience with commercial and SME card products is highly desirable\nSKILLS\n Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
