Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.\n6. Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.\n7. Support Collection officers in legal /Police issues/Collection Activities.\nSuperpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:\n1. People Management Skills.\n2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in Collections role.\n3. Demonstrated Success and achievement orientation.\n4. Excellent Communication Skills.\n5. Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment.\n6. Strong Relationship and Leadership skills.\n7.
