Lead Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Led the backend development team and drove the architecture, design, and development of high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Develop and implement architectural pipelines and best practices for efficient software development and deployment.
• Ensure that the codebase is well-documented, maintainable, and follows industry best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise to maintain system stability.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, microservices, and architecture pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of architecture pipelines, CI/CD, and automated deployment processes.
• Expertise in database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Thorough understanding of version control (Git) and package management tools.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
