systems - logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built\nto scale across touchpoints.\n* Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.\n* Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.\n* Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.\n* Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.\n* Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.\nRequired skills and experience\n* 4-6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.\n* A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.\n* Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.\n* Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.\n* Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.\n* Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.\n* Curious, humble and constantly learning.\n* An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.\n* Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or\nsimilar.\nBonus Points\n* Experience designing responsive websites & branding.\n* Motion design or animation skills.\nCulture Fit\nYou’ll
