You'll coordinate Onboarding Specialists in the field, be the main point of contact with hospital decision-makers, and ensure adoption metrics are on track.\nOwn the end-to-end implementation of one or more clients simultaneously;\n\nBe the main point of contact with stakeholders: hospital directors, superintendents, and clinical coordinators;\n\nCoordinate Onboarding Specialists in the field - hospital allocation, metrics tracking, issue escalation\n\nAnalyze adoption data across hospitals to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities and turn that into action;\n\nSpot implementation risks before they become problems;\n\nTranslate field insights into clear feedback for product and engineering;\n\nHelp build the implementation playbook from scratch;\n\nWhat You Need\n2-4 years of experience in consulting, implementation or enterprise client management;\n\nComfortable reading and interpreting data - dashboards, SQL queries or equivalent.
