This position partners closely with Finance teams to support daily operations while actively contributing to the implementation, stabilization, and continuous optimization of the ERP system.\nThe role is key to building internal NetSuite expertise within PayU, reducing reliance on external vendors, and ensuring business continuity following the SAP system decommissioning.\nCombining deep NetSuite expertise with hands-on ownership of financial processes and data, this position acts as a single point of accountability for system stability, automation, and reporting integrity.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day operational support to Finance teams, including Accounting, Billing, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement.\nEnsure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of financial processes such as invoicing, revenue recognition, journal entries, and period-end postings.\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite financial setups in line with accounting standards, internal policies, and compliance requirements.\nSupport month-end and year-end close processes, as well as other critical financial deadlines.\nDesign, implement, and maintain process automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.\nSupport NetSuite reporting and financial data extraction for Finance and Management needs.\nMaintain system documentation and ensure compliance with Internal IT General Controls (ITGC), including access management, change management, and audit support.\nAnalyze and validate accounting impacts of system changes, new processes, and integrations.\nMonitor and support system integrations (e.g. REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC), ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution.\nCollaborate with and manage external vendors supporting integrated systems.\nAct as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert and oversee vendor-delivered work when required.\nSupport the development of a finance data layer sourced from NetSuite, ensuring data consistency, traceability, and auditability.\nDesign and maintain datasets, tables, and structures for financial reporting and analysis.\nBuild and optimize SQL-based queries and reports for Finance, Controlling, and Management.\nEnsure alignment between NetSuite transactional data and downstream reporting, BI, and data warehouse solutions.\nAct as a gatekeeper for system and data changes impacting financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, preferably in complex, international environments.\nStrong understanding of core finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).\nProven experience supporting financial operations during ERP implementations, migrations, or major system changes (NetSuite migration experience is a strong plus).\nExperience with NetSuite financial configuration (Chart of Accounts, subsidiaries, taxes, items).\nKnowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML).\nHands-on experience with NetSuite customizations (workflows, custom fields, custom records, roles, permissions, internal controls).\nExperience with SuiteScript for automation and process enhancements.\nExperience supporting system integrations (REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC) and resolving integration issues.\nAbility to analyze and validate accounting and reporting impacts of system and process changes.\nExperience building and maintaining reporting datasets or databases based on NetSuite data is a plus.\nAdvanced SQL skills for complex queries, reconciliations, and financial reporting is a plus.\nWhat we offer:\nFull-time employment under a contract of employment,\nBenefits: ability to develop one’s own package in MyBenefit system,\nAccess to an internal training platform,\nFriendly work atmosphere in a young cooperation-driven team,\nWork in an international organization operating in a rapidly changing industry.\nOur environment:\nA diverse working environment within a multicultural setting,\nAn inclusive environment that ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions,\nA positive, get-things-done workplace,\nA dynamic, constantly evolving space (change is par for the course -
