perform risk identification, assessment and monitoring activities,\nMaintain and develop risk maps and other elements of the risk management framework,\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of risk management policies and methodologies,\nAnalyze operational risk events, including ICT incidents, identify root causes and recommend appropriate remediation and mitigation requirements related to risk management, including DORA, KNF and EBA requirements,\nOversee and support the administration of the incident management system.\nQualifications & Experience\nAt least 5 years of experience in risk management, \nAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a financial institution,\nExperience in operational risk, ICT risk and business continuity,\nProfessional fluency in both Polish and English,\nA college degree in a relevant field.\nSkills & Knowledge\nKnowledge of relevant KNF and EBA recommendations and DORA requirements,\nStrong understanding of risk management principles and processes,\nVery good knowledge of MS Office,\nStrong problem-solving skills and clear, logical thinking,\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills,\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team,\nFlexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs and different
