We are seeking a talented Managing Counsel, Refining to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Martinez Refinery in Martinez, CA.A member of the PBF Energy Inc. Legal Department, this senior counsel level position is a part of, and directly supports, the leadership team of Martinez Refining Company LLC which operates a refinery and related assets located in Martinez, California. The preferred candidate will have significant experience in a highly regulated industry handling Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) state, local and federal regulatory compliance, complex litigation, labor and employment matters , supply chain issues and related matters. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide professional legal advice and counsel on HSE compliance issues, including air, water and waste issues, labor and employment matters and procurement issues.
