This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, client interaction, and problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nAs an Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with the successful use of PBS bioreactor systems, contributing to product improvements, and partnering closely with internal teams to drive innovation and customer success.\nThis is a remote position with travel required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nServe as a technical expert supporting customers on PBS bioreactor systems and bioprocess optimization\nTroubleshoot and resolve cell culture and process-related challenges in a timely manner\nProvide remote and on-site training to customers and internal teams\nPartner with Sales to support customer engagements and drive successful adoption of PBS technologies\nLead and participate in technical discussions with key clients\nTranslate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development teams\nSupport development of technical marketing materials (application notes, white papers, etc.)\nWork collaboratively with the Field Service team to help complete services on PBS bioreactors in the field as necessary\nWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience\nHands-on experience with immune cell culture (T cells, NK cells)\nExperience working with bioreactor systems\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to travel (up to ~25%)\nNice to HaveExperience working
