PCB also provides all full-time team members with 100% employer paid medical premiums for you and your family, a competitive PTO package and 10 company paid holidays.\nAs a Production Assembly Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of assembly tasks that require the ability to follow written/verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment.\nAdditional Duties:\nResponsible for knowing and using proper ESD procedures as outlined in the ESD manual.\nUnderstands their role in implementing the ISO 9001 standard and complies with all aspects of the standard.\nRefers to drawings, routers, and established specifications to perform sub-assemblies and element assemblies on various product lines.\nPerforms detail/final inspection of products.\nLearns and uses, microscope, basic tools, fine hand tools, epoxy/cures, inspection processes, and good soldering techniques. During assembling may perform such tasks as deburring, soldering, spot welding, lapping, washing and polishing.\nResponsible for operating and maintaining equipment such as marker, spot welder, potting machine, vapor degreaser, leak tester, lapping machine, and sandblaster.\nShows commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction through dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status.\nProvides information to supervisor and co-workers to positively affect quality and output.\nProvides input on yield issues for improvement.\nPerforms other related duties as directed to ensure efficient operation of department and PCB.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent \nExperience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience. Must be able to perform hand soldering and have a basic electronics background.
